Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026. This policy explains what Luck Jackpot Hub collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Who we are
Luck Jackpot Hub operates a social casino site that offers casino-style games for entertainment only. We do not offer real-money gambling, sweepstakes, prizes, or cash redemption. Contact: [email protected]. Add your registered business address in the contact page before launch.
2. Information we collect
- Identifiers. Name, email address, phone number, and IP address if your host or support inbox records it. The play-entry form saves name, email, and phone in this browser only.
- Account information. Display name, phone number, a password you choose if you create a profile (stored only in this browser’s local storage for this static site), and your age confirmation.
- Gameplay data. Virtual chip balance and rooms you open, stored on your device. This data has no monetary value.
- Device data. Browser type and pages viewed, only if you accept optional analytics.
- Purchase records. None today. If optional virtual credit packs are added later, a payment processor would receive card data directly and we would keep only a transaction reference and pack type.
- Communications. Messages you send through the contact form or email.
- Local storage. Age-gate status, cookie choice, and play balance, described in the Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, biometric data, health information, or precise geolocation.
3. How we use information
- To remember that you confirmed you are 21 or older.
- To operate the play balance on your device and improve the Site.
- To answer support, privacy, and responsible-play requests.
- To detect abuse and comply with law.
- To send messages you ask for. Promotional email would be sent only with opt-in and would include an unsubscribe link.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who host email or the website under instructions not to use it for their own purposes, with authorities when the law requires it, or with a successor if the Site is transferred. We will tell you if a successor’s privacy policy is materially different.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
See the Cookie Policy. You can choose “Necessary only” or “Accept all” in the banner.
6. Security
Use HTTPS on your host. This static build stores profile details in the browser, which is convenient for a FileZilla upload and is not a bank-grade account system. Do not reuse an important password. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
7. Children
The Site is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor submitted information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Retention
Local play data stays until you clear site data. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal duties, generally not longer than three years unless a longer period is required.
9. Your choices
- Access and correction. Email [email protected].
- Deletion. Ask us to delete messages we hold, and clear this site’s browser data to remove the local profile. We respond within 45 days unless the law requires us to keep something.
- Marketing. Unsubscribe links will be included if promotional mail is ever sent.
- Cookies. Use the banner or the Cookie Policy page.
10. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
This section applies to California residents.
10.1 Categories collected
- A. Identifiers — name, email, IP address if logged by the host. Source: you, or automatic server logs. Purpose: support and security.
- B. Customer records — name and email. Source: you. Purpose: answering requests.
- F. Internet activity — pages viewed, only with analytics consent. Purpose: improving the Site.
- G. Approximate location — coarse region from IP in host logs, if your host keeps them. We do not collect precise geolocation.
- K. Inferences — we do not build advertising profiles. Game preference stays on your device.
We have not collected sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or health data for this Site.
10.2 Disclosure for a business purpose
In the preceding 12 months, identifiers may be disclosed to an email or hosting provider so we can reply to you. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
10.3 No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still email us to confirm that.
10.4 Your California rights

If we need up to 90 days total, we will explain why. Authorized agents may submit a request with signed permission or a power of attorney. We may still verify the request directly with you.
10.6 Shine the Light
