The short version. Luck Jackpot Hub is a social casino for entertainment only. We do not offer real-money gambling, sweepstakes, contests, drawings, prizes, or anything of monetary value. Virtual chips have no cash value. You must be 21 or older.

These terms are a practical summary for visitors and advertisers. Have your own counsel review them, and replace the operator details below with your registered legal name and address before you launch paid ads.

1. The site is for entertainment only.

Luck Jackpot Hub (“we”, “us”, or the “Site”) provides social casino-style games for entertainment only. The Site does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, contests, drawings, raffles, prize promotions, or any mechanic that lets virtual currency be exchanged for anything of monetary value.

2. Nothing on the Site involves real money.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You do not wager real money on the Site.
You cannot win real money or anything of monetary value.
You cannot win prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, merchandise, or rewards of any kind.
You cannot redeem virtual chips, tokens, credits, points, or any in-game item for cash, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value.
You cannot cash out, withdraw, sell, transfer, or exchange virtual chips or any in-game item.
You cannot take part in sweepstakes, contests, raffles, drawings, prize promotions, or any equivalent mechanic on the Site.

3. Virtual chips are non-redeemable entertainment credits.

Virtual chips, tokens, credits, bonuses, and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for entertainment use only and remain our property. Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value. They are not money, a stored-value instrument, a security, or a financial product. They give you no ownership interest in Luck Jackpot Hub. Balances may be reset if you clear browser data, because play progress on this static site is stored locally on your device.

4. You never have to pay to play.

No purchase is required to use the Site or to obtain Virtual Items. We may describe optional virtual credit packs in these terms so the rule is clear if they are offered later. Any such purchase would be optional and would buy only additional virtual entertainment credits with no cash value and no redemption right. The Site does not currently offer a checkout. Purchases, if introduced, would be final except where the law requires a refund.

5. 21+ only.

You must be at least 21 years old to access or use the Site. By entering, you represent that you are at least 21 and that your use of the Site is lawful where you are. Access may be refused in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

6. Account and conduct.

You are responsible for activity under a profile you create on your device. You agree not to obtain Virtual Items by fraud or automation, sell or transfer a profile or Virtual Items, misrepresent your age or location, or use the Site in violation of law. We may suspend access for abuse of these Terms.

7. Restricted territories.

The Site is not offered to residents of Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, or any other jurisdiction where it is prohibited. We may refuse service where location information indicates a restricted jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property.

Game names, layout, text, graphics, and the Luck Jackpot Hub name are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site involves no real money, Virtual Items have no cash value, and no prizes exist, you agree there are no monetary winnings associated with play.

10. Changes.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the operator’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a consumer protection statute in your state says otherwise. Replace this sentence with your counsel’s preferred venue before launch.

12. Disputes.

Please read this section carefully. It asks most disputes to be handled individually, not as a class action.

Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and allow 30 days for a response. If we cannot resolve the issue, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies. You and the operator agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, or representative proceeding, to the extent that waiver is enforceable where you live. You may opt out of any arbitration provision we later add by emailing support within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

13. Severability.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

14. Entire agreement.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Site.
